How to Make a Complaint: If you have a complaint regarding any content, user conduct, or any other issues related to your experience with Utopia AI, please contact us at support@utopia.ai with the following information: Your full name and contact details. A clear description of the issue or complaint. Any specific content or user conduct you are complaining about, with links or references to the content where possible. All reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven business days.

Upon receipt of your complaint, we will acknowledge it within three business days. We will review your complaint and may request additional information to understand and investigate the issue thoroughly. Our review will be completed within seven business days, after which we will inform you of our decision and any actions taken
If you encounter content on our platform that you believe is illegal, non-consensual, or violates the rights of you or others, please report it immediately via our report form or by emailing support@spicey.ai. Provide specific details about the content in question, and we will take swift action in accordance with applicable laws and our community standards.
Utopia AI respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please submit a detailed complaint to support@spicey.ai, including the nature of the infringement and any supporting documentation. We will process your complaint and take appropriate action to address the infringement.
Upon receiving a complaint, we are committed to conducting a fair and expedient investigation. We will communicate with all parties involved to gather all necessary information. Once a resolution has been determined, we will implement the required actions, which may include removal of content, suspension of accounts, or other measures as deemed appropriate.
If you disagree with a decision made by Utopia AI regarding a complaint, you have the right to appeal. Please submit a written appeal to support@spicey.ai within 30 days of the decision, explaining why you believe the decision was incorrect along with any additional information for reconsideration. We will review all appeals carefully and provide a response in a timely manner.
Our platform operates on principles of trust and respect, and while we encourage reports of violations, we also discourage misuse of our complaint system. Repeatedly filing unjustified or abusive complaints can lead to actions against the reporting user, including limitations on the ability to file future complaints or suspension from the platform.
All refunds are handled on a case by case basis by CCBill’s
Consumer Support department.
By signing up with Utopia for any of its products that are on subscription, You are authorizing Utopia to charge your credit card automatically each month until a service cancellation request is submitted. In order to cancel your subscription, you need to do it one full day in advance of its renewal. If you have any problems canceling your subscription, please email support@spicey.ai
